I’m Silvia, the mind and heart behind this culinary project. My passion for cooking started years ago when I began experimenting with recipes. Although my primary job is different—I hold a degree in translation and work in customer service—cooking has always been my refuge, my way of expressing myself and connecting with others.

There’s something magical about seeing people enjoy my dishes. Every smile and expression of satisfaction warms my heart and fills me with joy. Cooking for me isn’t just a passion; it’s an act of love.

I’ve been a vegetarian for many years, and over time, I’ve transitioned to primarily vegan foods. My choice to pursue vegetarianism was born from deep ethical beliefs, but along the way, I discovered the importance of healthy eating. This lifestyle change has further fueled my desire to experiment. I love creating dishes that are not only delicious but also healthy because I firmly believe that “we are what we eat,” as the philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach said.

Health is my priority: I work out regularly, go to the gym, count calories, and follow a balanced diet. However, I indulge a little on weekends because I believe in balance and the pleasure of good food.

I cater to people looking for quick and practical recipes. You won’t find lengthy dishes like lasagna, burgers, or homemade meatballs here. I want to show that it’s possible to prepare a tasty and healthy starter, main, and side dish in an hour, even using packaged products, for those who, like me, work all day and want to enjoy cooking without it becoming a stressor.

I hope to share with you not only my recipes but also a piece of my heart. I want to inspire you to explore new flavors, experiment in the kitchen, and savor every bite. My goal is to offer dishes that nourish both the body and the soul.
