Beans in Salad
If you’re unsure how to season canned borlotti beans, don’t worry—there are countless ways to do it, limited only by your imagination! Here’s my favorite: borlotti beans and tomato salad. I enjoy it so much that I often have it as a main course (in this case, use the portions I’ll suggest shortly for one person), as a second course, or sometimes as a side dish. It truly saves me when I’m in a rush and don’t know what to make, especially when I need a protein-packed dish. Borlotti beans are rich in protein, making them an excellent choice.
