Mash them with a fork.

The important thing is to break them into pieces; there’s no need to crush them into a powder.

Prepare the strawberries as well, so they’re ready.

Slice half of them and leave the rest whole.

Let’s start assembling the desserts. Take two glasses, the ones typically used for serving ice cream at restaurants, or any other cups you have at home. Place the crushed cookies in each glass in equal parts until they are finished (we will do the same for each ingredient).

Flatten the cookies: they will be the base. Now open the yogurt. I used a 8.8 oz (250g) plant-based Bifidus Natural White yogurt.

Take a large bowl to mix the yogurt with the chopped strawberries. Keep in mind that you need to do the same for both cups, so I suggest using another bowl and following these steps for each one.

Now add the cereal. I used Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies. Just one tablespoon is enough. Mix everything together.

Pour into the glass, then sprinkle with cocoa.

Add a sprinkle of almond flakes as well.

Top with a whole strawberry in the center.

Here it is, ready!

Serve it on a small plate, with the remaining whole strawberries on the side.
